Shipping Policy

We aim to send all goods within 24 hours - smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail 1st Class tracked postage and larger packages will be sent via courier.

Return Policy

If you have ordered an incorrect product, we will accept returns for a refund less 15% restocking fee. Goods are to be sent back to: Glentec Limited, Glenwood House, Heol Ffwrd Philip, Efail Isaf, CF38 1AR. Please photograph returning goods before collection as damaged goods will not be refunded.
